Our focus is people, our patients, but also our staff. We want to ensure that all our patients and colleagues spend their days at Diaverum in a warm and friendly environment.

We listen to our staff, and of course to our patients. We have a structured approach to acting on the feedback provided in our employee engagement and patient satisfaction surveys; wherever possible, we implement their ideas for improvement.
And to ensure we are truly setting ourselves the highest standards, we also look externally for guidance on improving our quality. We are running a programme of ISO certification and we engage in patient-focused research to ensure our treatment is aligned with the latest developments in renal care. We offer employees and patients access to our extensive knowledge base through our professional education programme, d.ACADEMY.
